This Privacy Policy explains how ResumeAIScore (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and stores information when you use our website and product. We aim to collect only what we need to run the Service.

• Account data — email and authentication details via our auth provider (Supabase Auth).
• Content you submit — resume text, job descriptions, working-resume edits, and related report data needed to generate fit checks.
• Product usage — entitlements (for example free check used), plan status, and interest signals (pricing waitlist, paywall events).
• Contact messages — name, email, subject, and message when you use the contact form.
• Technical data — standard server and security logs (for example IP, user agent) that may be collected by our hosting and database providers.

• Provide fit analysis, reports, downloads, and account features
• Enforce free-tier limits and early paid access
• Respond to contact requests and support
• Improve reliability, security, and product quality
• Understand demand (for example waitlist / willingness-to-pay signals)

To generate analyses we send relevant resume and job-description text to third-party AI providers configured for the Service. Do not submit secrets you do not want processed by those providers. Output is not guaranteed to be accurate.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers (for example hosting, database, auth) that process data for us
• AI providers used to generate analyses
• Payment or merchant-of-record partners if/when self-serve billing is enabled
• Authorities when required by law

We keep account and content data while your account is active and as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; we will delete or anonymize where reasonably possible, subject to legal and operational requirements (for example fraud prevention or backup cycles).

We use industry-standard practices via our providers (encrypted transport, access controls). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We use cookies / local storage required for authentication and session management. We do not run a separate advertising-cookie program on the product today.

ResumeAIScore is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

The Service may be operated using providers in multiple countries. By using ResumeAIScore you understand your information may be processed outside your home country with appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.

• Update or delete resumes and reports from your account where the product allows
• Contact us via the contact form for access or deletion requests
• Stop using the Service and close your account
